Pat and Lisa Mulcahy Pat is responsible for preaching, staff management, and leadership development here at the Vineyard, as well as for the overall vision and direction of the church. Pat enjoys reading books on theology and a wide range of novels, watching movies, and hiking, canoeing, and camping in the great outdoors. He’s been married to his incredible wife Lisa since 1979, and they have four kids scattered about the country. Lisa is responsible for pastoral care and assimilation. She’s been married to Pat since 1979 in the adventure of a lifetime! She and Pat are semi-empty-nesters, since Luke, Zachary, Megan and Connor are all embarking on their own adventures. She loves to read and eat chocolate, preferably simultaneously.

Adam Arn Adam is responsible for preaching, spiritual formation, and community outreach. In addition to receiving an M.A. in Theology from Marquette University, he is a voracious reader whose thrist for a wide range of knowledge is reflected in the variety of books he may be reading at any given moment. When he doesn’t have his nose in a book, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, exploring the natural world, and unwinding at the end of the day with a good movie. He’s married to Kat and has two children, Eli and Mercy. |

Sandy Smallish Sandy provides counseling for people, both here at the Vineyard and from the community, ministering emotional healing to the brokenness that all of us experience. She walks alongside them, in the power of the Holy Spirit, to bring healing and freedom. Sandy has a passion for gourmet cooking and is well-known for her 7-course meals. Some of her greatest moments have been watching the delight on the faces of her guests as they experience all the dishes and their flavors. No OOH is too loud. One of the items on her “bucket list” is to travel to France and prepare a 5-course meal with a French chef. After she eats her way out of France, it’s off to Tuscany, Italy. Rollie, her husband of 31 years, and Sandy enjoy spending as much time as they can with their three grandchildren. |
