patlisa

Pat and Lisa Mulcahy
Lead Pastors

Pat is responsible for preaching, staff management, and leadership development here at the Vineyard, as well as for the overall vision and direction of the church. Pat enjoys reading books on theology and a wide range of novels, watching movies, and hiking, canoeing, and camping in the great outdoors. He’s been married to his incredible wife Lisa since 1979, and they have four kids scattered about the country.

Lisa is responsible for pastoral care and assimilation. She’s been married to Pat since 1979 in the adventure of a lifetime! She and Pat are semi-empty-nesters, since Luke, Zachary, Megan and Connor are all embarking on their own adventures. She loves to read and eat chocolate, preferably simultaneously.

adam

Adam Arn
Associate Pastor

Adam is responsible for preaching, spiritual formation, and community outreach. In addition to receiving an M.A. in Theology from Marquette University, he is a voracious reader whose thrist for a wide range of knowledge is reflected in the variety of books he may be reading at any given moment. When he doesn’t have his nose in a book, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, exploring the natural world, and unwinding at the end of the day with a good movie. He’s married to Kat and has two children, Eli and Mercy.

greg

Greg Wessel
Worship Pastor

Greg is responsible for creating a culture of worship at the Vineyard, using the creative arts as the medium. Though his collegiate training is in Sacred Music, he’s also a luthier (guitar builder) and builds guitar amps. Greg and his wife Heather have two young daughters that keep them busy!

sara

Sara McGilvra
Church Administrator

Sara is responsible for exciting things like paying bills and running payroll, although most of her time is spent tracking down receipts. In addition to these thrilling tasks, Sara also coordinates a variety of amazing volunteers. Sara is married to Jeff and together they have two children, Emma and Jacob. In their small amount of spare time, the McGilvra’s can usually be found debating who is better: the Chicago Cubs or the Chicago White Sox. (Go Cubs!)

rhonda

Rhonda Curran
Children's Ministry Director

Rhonda is responsible for all things kids at the Vineyard. At home she shares the responsiblity of all things kids with her husband, Kevin. Their oldest, Tyler, went off to college this year, and they enjoy their time raising their other two kids, Caleb and Emma. You can usually find Rhonda glued to her Kindle reading anything she can find on Kindle for under $5.00, or cheering on the Packers...sometimes while reading her Kindle, eating popcorn and scouring the house for chocolate. GO PACK!

ben

Ben Erlichman
Youth Pastor

Ben has served as Vineyard's youth pastor since January of 2012. In 2008 he graduated from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN with a degree in Pastoral Studies and also serves as a chaplain in Grafton at a local manufacturing plant. He loves sharing with others about how God has impacted his life since he first decided to follow Jesus.  A fan of all things action/adventure, Ben is an avid sword-fighter and video-gamer, which comes in handy during the youth group's Nights of Mayhem, which consist of those two things (plus pizza). In his spare time he enjoys sports, writing novels, and spending time with his beautiful wife Ashley and young son Liam.

liz

Liz Hipple
Jail & Prison Ministry

Liz has been a member of the Vineyard Community Church since the early 1990‘s, and is now a licensed pastor here. Liz oversees Vineyard’s outreach to the women at Ozaukee County Jail, including facilitating a weekly Bible study for these women since April 2010. Liz and her husband Dave enjoy spending time with their combined family of six children, eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. They also enjoy traveling, long walks in the country, sports, movies, and leading small groups and Bible studies.

Sandy Smallish
Counseling Ministry

Sandy provides counseling for people, both here at the Vineyard and from the community, ministering emotional healing to the brokenness that all of us experience.  She walks alongside them, in the power of the Holy Spirit, to bring healing and freedom. Sandy has a passion for gourmet cooking and is well-known for her 7-course meals.   Some of her greatest moments have been watching the delight on the faces of her guests as they experience all the dishes and their flavors.  No OOH is too loud. One of the items on her “bucket list” is to travel to France and prepare a 5-course meal with a French chef.  After she eats her way out of France, it’s off to Tuscany, Italy. Rollie, her husband of 31 years, and Sandy enjoy spending as much time as they can with their three grandchildren.
